Trochę piwniczne, lekki kurz, trochę goryczki ze starego chmielu. Dzikość srednia, no tak sobie. Nic złego w nim nie ma, ale zachwytów tez nie, stołowy lambik zwykły. Na plus świeżość i dość ciekawa paleta - dostojne cytrusy i lekka słodycz gdzieś z tyłu

Barnyard, brett, funk, wood, lemon, green apple, straw, malts, yeast. Moderately low sweetness and acidity. Dry and fairly acidic finish. A bit subdued.

Almost a tea-like nose. A gently sour and funky. But gorgeous. Yet I am drinking this to cleanse my tongue.

☮️🛐☮️ Scent of cattle yard, bretts, white wine & apple juice. Tastes moderately sour, not as apple vinegar I tried before (I mean vintage geuzes). Still do not undertand this style. Extremely specific.

Ooh, “keg conditioned”. Subtle sour notes in the aroma. Light; more tart than sour.

Kevyen hapan, hennon navettainen, erittäin kuiva ja puinen. Jos tässä olisi edes hieman makeutta, niin pisteet nousisivat reilusti.
