Fairly tart and has a dryness to it at the start and afterwards. Not the most exciting sour but solid.

Surprisingly light & dry for a lambic. It’s like a Flanders Red fell into a wheat beer.

This seemed thin and simplistic compared to the bottled versions that's classic. Rose colored and a little fruity.

Geuze. Draft. So clearly witchcraft. But spot on for that farmhouse nose, tangy splash and chewy as arrid finish.

Definitely a different take on a sour…not really sour or very tart Belgians don’t have the sour market lol
