Interesting that the blend had to be altered for kegging purposes. Would have to compare to a bottled version. Still tasty!

2022 version. Light funky nose. Twangy, grassy notes on tje palate. Light astringent edge wuick finish. Nice, but not deep.

Funky. Heavy on the citrus rind. Link spoiled milk, but palatable.

2022 vintage sampled at Max's Belgian Fest 2023. Pours a murky gold, lemon, candy, herbs. Lightly tart but sweet in that Boon way. Nicely balanced.

Light, watery, and almost white wine like, has a bacteria riddled sour twang and a finish that ends like a spritz of perfume

Not as sour as I thought it was going to be. A little flat tasting. Smell of a burbon age sour. 6/10 on sour
