Tangy, & light. Stone fruit on the back end. Bitter. Complex & good

This is a really compelling beer. It starts almost like an American gose, very tart, then mellows and the Belgian notes start coming through. Really interesting brew.

Nice with the Korean cheese steak.

Very unique, tastes like a sour without the tart feeling. I probably need another one to really determine but it’s pretty good

Very farm tasting. The rest of the tastes are very nice though.

Draft Belgian Lambic. Boon created a special blend for a kegged Lambic. It’s funky, but the funk is on the low side. It’s lightly funky with green apples, green grapes, oak, a hint of lemon, a few drops of vinegar, and a very mild barnyard funk finish.

Juicy aroma. Bready and raisiny for a lambic is not what I’m used to. Quite a bit different from their bottles.

Heel tof! Tof dat deze ook echt anders is dan de andere standaard geuze van Boon. Klasse biertje! Thanks Ben! 🔥
