Clear deep blonde. Dry fruits, figs, vanilla like flavor with spice, wood, cognac like character. Medium tartness, no bitterness and sweetness, very mild astringency. Medium carbonation, medium or full body. Very matured. Excellent!

Love the concept behind the vat box. I picked up a few boxes and will do a deeper dive with the next box but 110 was a solid beer. Big brett funk, a faint hint of vanilla, a touch of acetic acid and a dry finish.

Маслянисто, горечь сильная, крепость ощущается. Это точно не топ в жанре, но оно удивляет. И за это плюс.

Bottled 12/15/2016. Wilderness, green figs, red berries, grapefruit. Round and sophisticated with a long finish.

W aromacie burbon i bimber, taki owocowy. Wytrawne, owocowe, absolutnie niesłodkie. Baaaaardzo przypomina mi grappę. Wysokie nasycenie, dużo owoców, bimber owocowy, again. Albo białe winko. Kwaśne, na końcu trochę flat. No grappa, tylko że słabsza

Cognac barrel aged. Barrel taste came out as it warmed up. Hints of vanilla.
