Bit of funk and a lot of musk!! A slight smokiness throughout. Low carbonation, tart green apple and underripe quince. A hint of parsley is there too. A wonderful, wonderful beer with so much complexity.

Really enjoying this, dry and complex, lots of wood and vineous notes. A classic.

Väldigt god! Sur men inte för sur, hade nån ton av beska ibland som gjorde sig väldigt bra. Cool flaska också: som en lite bubbelflaska med ”popp-kork”! (Glömdes att checkas in igår så kommer nu🙃)

Охолодив до бажаних на етикетці. Тут топчик як на мене. 8% взагалі не відчувається. Кислинка надто приємна. Тут в смаці і манго(м’якоть), гнила вишня в ароматі, дика вишня в смаці, зелений аґрус та пурічки як в дитинстві😍, в догонку свіжий-гарячий хліб!)

Profumata. Setosa, acidità volatile ben equilibrata da un lato rotondo, ricco di sapori fruttati e aromi floreali. Finale leggermente erbaceo e pulito.

Complex and balanced,green apple skin,barrel notes,mushrooms,citric notes,medium acidity,medium carbonation.. but I wish funk had been stronger.

Despite the fact, that I'm not a lambic fan, this was a special treat, nevertheless.. Bitter-acetous, but natural, taste resembles white vine..

Cytrusowe, słomiane, trochę dzikich nitek w tle, nawet lekko słodowe. Lambik nie z tych najwytrawniejszych, kwasność średnia w stronę wysokiej, musujące. Finisz wytrawny, dziki. Złożone i intensywne.

On the nose I get some earth cellar floor and ripe apple notes. Taste is a balanced and aged mix of tartness, earthy notes and drying yeastinees. Refined, balanced and delicate. Love it.

So this was made with the very last filling of foeder #108. Very intense, deep, dry and extra funky. Notes of citrus, especially lemon peel and profound oakness. Sharp dryness, especially in the beginning. Not very sour actually. Delicious.

Super intensive and funky! Green apple, stable, lots of bitterness in the aftertaste which reminds me of grapefruit rind. Not that sour, quite dry. Complex and good.
