Mooi gebalanceerde OG (vintage 2016, gebotteld in 2018). Zacht sprankelende textuur. Aangenaam zuur/tart. Lekker smooth. Droge afdronk.

Cytrusowe, słomiane, trochę dzikich nitek w tle, nawet lekko słodowe. Lambik nie z tych najwytrawniejszych, kwasność średnia w stronę wysokiej, musujące. Finisz wytrawny, dziki. Złożone i intensywne.

On the nose I get some earth cellar floor and ripe apple notes. Taste is a balanced and aged mix of tartness, earthy notes and drying yeastinees. Refined, balanced and delicate. Love it.

Super intensive and funky! Green apple, stable, lots of bitterness in the aftertaste which reminds me of grapefruit rind. Not that sour, quite dry. Complex and good.

Hazy golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse and oak. Medium sour flavour, notes of brettanomyces, oak, oxidised cider and wine, lemons and white wine vinegar. Well balanced. Score: 3.9
