What a beer, taste like a beautiful cider, that acidity and sourness goes so well with that textured and subdued sweetness. A mossy and deeply flowery aroma that compliments a tight bubbly body.

Floral, parfymert, champagne, røde epler i lukta. Samme med smaken, litt besk, citrus, sur, brett, fint alkoholssting. 2016 er hakket bedre. 4.0

Tydeligvis utvikler smaken seg, og 2017 versjonen rates høyere enn de to foregående årgangene.Tørr, fin fruktsmak, men synes fremdeles syrligheten er litt besk. Nytes med en nyankommet pakke fra musikkpåvinyl.no på fanget. Hva skal jeg gjøre i kveld tro??

Sour, sweet, yeasty. Dry/crispy. Red apple and sour cherries. Bubbly wine character. Bitter and sour champagne. Dark wood. Fruity sour red berry tasting foam.
