Geuren van hout, typische geuze / brettgeur en lichte toets van honing. Zacht, bitter en uiteraard, maar niet zo overdreven, zuur. Zure onrijpe appels en hout in de smaak.

Syrlig men de fermenterade gav en konstig smak i efterhand, kan ha varit korken, osäker! Men en rolig smakupplevelse. Bitter/besk eftersmak
