Interesting aroma with Blbe cheese, strawberries and dirty socks. Big letdown on the tongue, one dimensional balsamic sour quickly clashes with an off putting acrid bitter. Hard pass.

Weirdly similar to champagne. Can appreciate the ageing process and all processes behind this, but probably won’t drink it again.
