Kirsikkaa jonkin verran. Kuiva ja suht hapan, mutta happamuudessa vähän sellaista terävää kuin jostain passionhedelmästä. Ei herahda vesi kielelle.

This is quite good aswell. Maybe somewhat watery after the thick and heavy pastry stout. Still a very fine lambic with great taste of mature cherries.

Col rosâtre dense. Robe bordeaux sombre trouble. Nez clairement foudre de chêne, fruits noirs et paille derrière. Bon gros Kick acide et chêne mêlés, très sèche et assèchante, plus noyau de cerise que cerise. Pour les amateurs de chêne, c'est très sympa.

Tuoksussa makeahkoa ja pehmeä hapokasta kirsikkaa sekä villihiivan vivahdetta. Maussa kirsikka pehmentää lambicin hapokkuutta hieman, mutta asiaan kuuluva villihiivan hapokkuus pysyy hyvin esillä. Maussa myös hieman tammea ja katkeroista kirsikkaa
