Kompleks duft af let men tør sour og fadlagring og lidt frugtpræg, kompleks og kraftigere / mere bidende smag af tør sour, eftersmag af samme med præg af grapefrugt og en anelse frugtigt præg. Stor og kompleks men dog temmelig mild - dejligt.

Аромат интересный: чуть кисловатый, явно угадываются дикие дрожжи и винность. В терпко-кисловатом и весьма необычном вкусе, прослеживается сухое виноградное вино, обрамленное дикими дрожжами и нотками бочки, явный грейпфрут и чуток имбиря в послевкусии.
