Great carbonation. Bubbles carrying aroma and flavors all over the gaff. Mellow, fruity and a bit herbal and minty.

Entry level Boon, but still very very good. Readily available in the UK. Lacks the complexity of others, low on funk, but a super dry spritzy champagne-like Geuze.

the only anonymised bottle in last night’s blind tasting - style wise this couldn’t be anything else - easily the softest of the geuze even more so than the Girardins - maybe even a little bland 🤔

Perfect accompaniment to a trip to the new local cheese shop. Sharp and tangy to cut through the cloying melted Brie, a hint of funky fruitiness to complement the flavour
