Sweet cherryish, almondy cherry pit, cherry pie filling, light wooden barrel nose, and a subtle sour wheat malt, faint cherry kirsch aroma with a refreshing fruity sweet and sour cherryish, faint marzipan cherry pit, subtle wine tannin, faint funky taste.

Lambic is not my favourite type of beer, but I do try the odd bottle. Nose of cherries. Yeast and cherries in the body. Slightly sour. Still not my cup of tea!
