Deze Editie N°5 werd gebotteld op 14 november 2019 en heeft zo minstens één jaar kunnen rijpen in onze kelders. Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°5 brengt ons terug de typische lange, droge afdronk, maar toch zeer volmondige smaak die we van een Boon Black Label gewoon zijn. Met een zeer frisse pompelmoestoets en lichte sprankeling kan je de Boon Black Label N°5 beschrijven als een zeer elegante, vlotte en malse Oude Geuze. In het complexe geheel kan je nog een lichte, wijnachtige eikenhouttoets merken bovenop de zacht-zurige ondertoon die de smaken gebalanceerd bij elkaar brengt.

Beautiful gold color with slight haze but had this recently shipped here. Medium bodied. Tart with apple, leather, whiskey and grapefruit notes. Nice touch of oak on the dry finish. Love it.
