Great funk and light bit of lemon, spice, and oak

Crazy good total wine shelfie, mad funk, just as described wine like but also old gueuze vibes. Cheesy nose upfront that airs out leaving the slightest tannic hints on top of huge rusty farmy smells and flavor. Tannic hinted acidity too.

LCi. Rainy day mono blend tasting. Used base Boon Geuze as a reference while sampling the 4 mono vats. The batches were brewed in ‘14-‘15, all corked in ‘16, maturing in cellar since ‘17.
