Slightly more lemon with a little less apple than the previous bottle I had. Still pretty mild, but a little more flavorful this time around.

Sharp. Green apple, but slightly harsh. Carbonation is a bit high. Drying. This would really benefit from being left in a cool, dark place for a few years.

Within just a year, this beer evolved into a more bitter and less tart Lambic. Still a good Lambic. 4+
