Within just a year, this beer evolved into a more bitter and less tart Lambic. Still a good Lambic. 4+

Serial tasting (part 4). Grapefruity, with more (blood) orange tones. Dry. Less astringent than number 5. @16de Dag(en) van de Oude Geuze.

Lci. Kifejezetten fanyar lambic, csípős szénsavval. Ahogy melegedett, egyre többet mutatott az élesztő és a maláta. A tölgyfás érlelés nekem nem jött. Nem innék mindig ilyet, de ízlett.
