Friss, mindössze 17 napos főzethez volt szerencsém. Sörnek hívni egyenesen rágalmazás és jogi eljárást kellene, hogy maga után vonjon. A gyümölcsösség egy új fokàt ismertem meg. Nincs elég karakter a leírására, annyira egyedi és tökéletes. Csak ajánlhatom

Als je normaal aan de stout zit is dit wel wennen. Mede bier met abrikozen smaak. Vrouwenbier dus.

Perfect amount sweetness with light traces of cocoa. Easily became one of my favourite melomels.

Ein Melomel (also Met) mit Aprikosenpüree gebraut. Die Aprikosen kommen gut durch, der Honig noch besser. Sehr süß, trocken, fruchtig, leicht ,weinartig‘. Das Aroma der zugesetzten Kakaobohnen ist wahrnehmbar, im Geschmack finde ich sie nicht wieder.

02-07-21 // 440ml can. Sips are fine but the whole can is way too sweet for me. Honey influences well present. Apricot fruit. Not so much cocoa.
