Blåbær Lambik (Blueberry Lambic) (2010) Sylvain
Bright, but the highlight is the funk and complexity. Held up incredibly well. Light fruit and a slight dry finish. Tart but not overpowering. Really excited to get to try this and lived up to the reputation.
