Lovely….robust, rich, roasty….dark chocolate & dark roast coffee…a touch of burnt caramel…nice bitterness balancing everything out for a superbly smooth and drinkable libation

Lovely. Beautiful acidity that lends itself to easy drinking - there’s not a lot of sours I could drink all night, but this is one. I’m getting a ton of orchard (especially pomme fruit), with some white wine...subtle oakiness....beautiful.

Framboise Boon H.

Beautiful. So tart, yet so round. Pure raspberry juice - tart, but with the edges rounded off....creamy but without sticking around for too long. Remarkable.

Fresh Start H.

Solid. Smooth and quite balanced. Heavy on melon (very little citrus), but also a touch dank....nice!
