Light golden hue. Huge funky and leathery aromas. In mouth is sour and tart, very smooth after some initial sparkling, full of grapes and white wine with that lovely funky background from the Brettanomyces that last til the dry end and into the aftertaste

Rosé de Gambrinus Tejada Osegui
Amazing. It lives to its fame. Very well balanced between the sweet and tart. Smooth and full of red fruits. Just what what you would expect from a quality Lambic…

Pale golden hue with not much aroma. In mouth is light and thin. Very balanced as the sweetness from the malt is always in check by the subtle but omnipresent Mosaic profile (floral with hints of citrus and tropical) until a nice bitter aftertaste…

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) Tejada Osegui
Heavy cocoa aromas in mouth it starts strong on the cinnamon and vanilla, before moving to the bitter and slightly roasty side of cocoa and coffee and the warm bourbon hints. Ultra smooth for a BA IS, it’s a wonderful deep and complex beer… 🇦🇹💪🏻🦁

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021) Tejada Osegui
This is a marvelous BA Imperial Stout. You can feel the Bourbon, the coffee and the chocolates as soon as you crack open the bottle. In mouth it’s velvety smooth and very balanced, full of coffee and chocolate with the Bourbon and some roast in the back.

On the 17th day of 🎄, a beer we have been trying to taste for a long time. It really deserves its praise as it’s so well balanced and round like no many other of its class. Coffee, cocoa, vanilla, exact amount of roast flavors and the Bourbon warmth. Top

Mexican Hot Chocolate Tejada Osegui
On the 16th day of Christmas (already 17th cos poor Spidey couldn’t find his way home) a lovely mexican impy stout that reminds me a lot to Choco Libre. Velvety smooth, lots of cocoa and dark chocolate with a very subtle (too subtle) hint of chili. Nice.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Tejada Osegui
On the 12th day of 🎄, the sun came back, the F1 title was decided and we cracked open this beast of a Lambic. What a delightful and complex beer. Leather aromas, in mouth is dry, sour and tart as expected with wine touches and the funkiness of Brett. 🔝

Now that is brewed in Spain, there’s been many comparison to its half-sister Mahou IPA. This one is 3 months older than the Mahou. Less carbonated, similar lightness and bitterness but different hop profile (resin, piney, grass) and afterstate
