Decent stuff. Solid Lambic with all the tart, dry, slightly woody notes I'd want. Lots of fruity apple too.

Now this is my kind of Westie. Big stone-fruit but also floral elderflower. The pithy bitterness is there but not as astringent as some.

Growing on me since the first taste. Nice touch of malt, some grassy notes and a hint of fruit. Very sessionable.
