Good. Aromatic. Boozy and strong. Hoppy with caramelized malts. Resin and grapefruit notes; a little woody. A bit of candi sugar sweetness, with a little raisin. Slightly viscous and a tiny bit sticky. Reminds of a barleywine.

Ok, but doesn’t quite match the description. Citrusy with orange notes, but otherwise pretty mild. Minimal bitterness or pine. Tiny hint of berry and juniper is virtually undetectable. Lightly sweet. Soft feel.

Really good. Semi-sweet chocolate dominates, so a lot like a cherry cordial in taste, since the cherry is so light and not tart. Hoped for more cherry. Rich and just a tiny bit sticky. Minimal coffee notes. Slightly boozy, lightly bitter.

Good. Bright and juicy, though not overly so. Hops aren’t particularly strong, with just mild bitterness. Just a little pine. Light hints of oaky funk and tartness - could definitely use more. A tiny bit sweet.

Really nice! Light notes of apricot. Fairly sour and astringent. Oak foedre notes appeared as it warmed.
