So good, very floral. Only slightly tart

Lambic D’Aunis (2022) Kerman

More wine-like, though not distinctly so. Less funky but more sour than others

Blåbær Lambik (Blueberry Lambic) Kerman

Not very blueberry, though it comes out more so with the dregs

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Kerman

Tart, funky, with a bit of fruitiness

Single Barrel 3 Year Lambic Kerman

Still, poured from a jug. Has the funky Cantillon character you’d expect.

Beer City Dog Biscuit I “Paw” A Kerman

Very light, a bit thin. A little bitter aftertaste

Velvet Rush Kerman

Has settled I to a coffee barleywine. It’s lost the cocktail-like taste

Delicious, full stop

Nice and refreshing, not overly hoppy or malty. Perfect with a slice of East Coast pie

Cantillon never disappoints

Phenomenal. I’ve not had a better vintage

This has dropped off significantly. Lacking in flavor.
