One of the best wine-heavy wild ales, not sure what makes the difference between a lambic and a wild ale but this is an awesome balance. Tart for sure, with just a minor acidity to it that builds over time. Probably the best wine focused wild ale I’ve had

Should be considered a mediocre amber beer… idk how this tastes like a classic centennial hop beer… no need to have again

Great standard beer, nothing special but hits all the right notes for a classic more piney western ipa

Fruity with a nice overall citrus flavor. Considering it’s a low abv beer I think this is super solid! Bold and flavorful and not too watery on the backend… pretty big fan of founders ipas and this is no different. Great cheap easy-drinking bold ipa. Yum!

Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (Mothership Series) Pietrak
Sharp and boozy flavors but holds so much rich chocolate and coffee boldness. It’s not my favorite type of stout, never love BBA-style stouts that often unless filled with adjuncts; however, it’s super solid and hides heat well except on the tongue. Yum.

Very sharp and carbonated. Not a ton of flavor to draw from besides some heavy citrus and slight dry skunk finish. It’s real dry and honestly I’ve had such more refreshing session ipas than this one. Also kinda perfume-tasting as well.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) Pietrak
2019 edition... I really like this mixture of coffee and chocolate (with hints of bourbon if you are like me and don’t like bourbon you will notice it a little). It’s a 4.1 or so but with some vanilla ice cream easy 4.4-4.5, the light maple helps a lot!

Kinda tastes like spoiled milk mixed with vinegar. Uhhhh. No.
