Very sweet and strawberry syrup - not much honey/mead flavour

Deep and rich - sweetness of chocolate and then of alcohol, lingering coffee and bourbon and the booze - an intense beer

Ich Bin Raspberry

Not massively sour - but definitely tart and puckering, raspberry and then fruited general taste - good summer beer

Visions Lager

Little disappointed- it is crisp and has a bitter tang, but thin and not much to it

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio

Wonderful example - light and and tart, but not overwhelmingly so - comparatively easy drinking for a gueuze, but surrenders none of the acidity or flavour - light apple flavours. Superb

Fine - little too juicy
