It's hot & malty with a sweetness that is about my limit. Drinks like a sandwich. Nicely hopped though so that helps balance it out. The oak barrel is a great aroma, & and the maple syrup is a back seat to most else.

8 years since my last check-in. Maltier than I remember, but once again, its text book IPA & showcases the superiority of the Centennial Hop.

Not your typical pumpkin, I get the brown ale & a lot of nutmeg, the others kind of hide behind the scene.

I know these age well, never tried one fresh. Remarkable for the abv & hop presence still.

Nice goes, shame its marked as a sour. Watermelon, wheat, kinda sweet, kinda tart finish. Good stuff.

Unbelievable. 4 yrs in, drinks like an imperial made yesterday. None of the flat, stale hop characteristics aged IPAs usually fall victim too. Caramelized malt shines as it warms. Remarkable achievement, aged IPA. 21%abv drinks like 8%.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Durso
Wildly complex & a giant flavor bomb. Wine worthy heat, & a very low (but appropriate) carbonation level. Chocolate & very dark

As an espresso lover, I kinda hate that I like the normal KBS more. Espresso seems to thin the body just enough to make it not as appealing to me. Dont get me wrong, it's still solid, I will take one any day.

About as good a stout as possible that is readily available. Sweet, smooth, & packed with flavor. A must for stout lovers.

Founders makes the best session IPAs on the market. Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo hops create a great tropical push with a hint pine & citrus. Smooth light body with a crisp balanced finish. Hazy as promised. Another A product from the guys that do it best

Light but hoppy in a slighty fruity citrus way. Monk fruit, whatever that is, has provided an interesting flavor. Good, not great.
