Refreshing. Some white grapes, mostly apple and citrus. Rather sweet-ish. Soft. Nice.

Henry Gose Lightly

Feels like the same base has been used with Limbo series. Citrusy, salty, refreshing. Wheaty. Solid.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020)

Bourbon, chocolate, coffee. Oaky barrel dominates, feels a bit too raw.

Metamorfose

Canned 20/01/21. Beautiful color, even more yellow and hazy thick than in pic. Flavours of white wine grapes, grass, fruity DDH hops. Body is super. Thick, smooooth and balancedly dry. Slight powder here. Surprisingly good.

Backwoods Bastard (2017)

Just doesn't feel like it's aged properly. Very tanninous and almost sour flavour. Some raisins, wood and licorice in background. Bit malty off flavour. No score.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 11.9%

12/08/16. Starts quite curious, red berries, dark malts & grapes, chocolate malt, slight caramel, no bourbon. Tannins a lot, bit sour even, round and full, mineralic. Super dry, but warmer more smooth and chocolatey. Interesting experience.

Monk's Brew

Dark fruits, plums, figs, dark malts, licorice. Belgian yeast. Proper Belgian dark strong ale. Over carbonated bottle conditioned though. Almost climbed out of the bottle on its own. Best before 26/10/25.

Beer Geek Vanilla Shake Barrel Aged Bourbon

Such wholesome display of real vanilla. Also dark chocolate, dark malts, licorice, slight bourbon barrel, ice creamy finish. Thick, flat-ish and bit slick at finish. Great one, still. Bottled 05/09/16.

Nasty, Brutish And Malt

Floral, quite little flavour, actually has lactose, bit tea-like, herbal bit. American style clearly, with dry bitterness. Deep caramel flavour, but very little. Bit too basic flavoured even for aged one.

Limbo Lime

Dry, lot of lime. Tart. Like a base of drink, without alcohol.

Limbo Yuzu

To everyone's surprise, the pilsner didn't really kill the fuzz. Now's a good time for malted Yuzu juice. And juice it surely is! Proper Yuzu flavour, bit tea-like, super citrus and spicy a bit. Really good non-alcoholic fruit beer.

Mikkeller Running Club Organic German Pilsner

I'm pretty sure Times 8 BBA wasn't supposed to be drunk in 45 minutes. Now having the pils recommended by former's desc. Insulin I don't got. Flavours of honey, light malt, tea-like hoppiness and bitterness. Fresh keller-like, too. It's good.
