This brew is great, I get an initial explosion of freshness from the hop profiles, gets medium bodied mid palette then finishes with a hint of caramel.

Craftsman’s Wages Lindeman

Dry, mild roast and very well done. Mastadon/Opeth show.

Hazy-O! Lindeman

It’s a hazy, enjoyed the deep level description provided but I’ve worked in beer for too long and it’s a hazy. Definitely more mouthfeel compared to the trendsetters. Badge me.

Oktoberfest (2020) Lindeman

First time since working there. It’s another solid Marzen, true to style. I still prefer ours to this one. I prefer a bit more body but it’s definitely has a medium/light malt build. It has a little bit of a sweet malt finish as well.

Passion Fruit Gose Lindeman

Good lord this is scary crushable. It’s crushable because this is not as tart as I’d prefer however the mild tart and back end sweet flavor are light and pleasant. It’s an adult juice lol.
