Hoppy, citrusy, and bright, this experimental IPA will not disappoint. Sweet and sharp on the nose, strong citrus notes follow with a smooth, clean finish. MyGrade: B- (above average)

Harvest Ale Mothership Series 2022 Cutting
Malty, hoppy, and smooth, this harvest ale doesn't disappoint as Founder's 2022 harvest entry to their Mothership Series. A malty nose quickly gives way to a warm, surprisingly smooth hoppiness before a roasty finish. MyGrade: B- (above average)

Very malty and full-bodied, this red lager has an unexpected—but very welcome—mild tannicity that gives the experience and mouthfeel a whole new dimension. Very good entry to Founder's lager collection! MyGrade: B (above average)

Toasty, toasty and rich, this Porter is right up there with Founders Porter as a contender for the gold standard of porters. MyGrade: B (above average)

Very light on aroma and flavour. Slight hoppiness on the front, but mellows quickly. Not overly dry like I expected from a brut. Good closer. MyGrade: C (average)

An up-front assault of hoppiness quickly mellows into a soft maltiness, but without the sharp bitterness you might expect from an IPA's nose. MyGrade: B (above avg)

It's a Spanish-style cerveza. What more is there to say? Not great, not bad, but definitely refreshing on a hot summer day. MyGrade: C (average)

This IPA's sweet, fruity bouquet directly opposes a bitter, hoppy nose, but to its advantage. A crisp mid-mouth followed by a bitter—but quickly disappearing—finish I ly adds to this beer's robust palate. MyGrade: B- (above average)

Great dark IPA with lots of roastiness, and finishing with a bitter crispness. Good finishing beer on a hot afternoon. MyGrade: B (above average)

Great starter beer on a hot afternoon. Solid IPA with clean, crisp finish. Not too bitter, but full hops flavour. The Michigan hops give it a very slight spiciness that is a pleasant complement to the effervescence. MyGrade: B (above average)

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2018) Cutting
It's a shame Founders isn't making this anymore. Unbelievably smooth, and has huge maple and chocolate flavours. Perfect dessert beer.
