Smooth pillowy head. Aromas of lemon peel, stone fruit, pineapple and hemp upfront with juicy notes of mango, passionfruit and a hunch of strawberries. Smooth with a slender body. Light lemon-spruce juicy induced bitterness on the finish.

Good lacings, aromas of melted fruited chocolate, coffee, smooth dried candied dates, liquorice - the hop profile is pretty much gone compared to when fresh. Yet it aged really well. Smooth, full bodied, semi sweet w/ enough dry finish. Solid!

A refreshing zesty SIPA w: a delicate note of orange oil, gently candied pink grapefruit, oat meal, dried passion fruit, juicy apricot and dried pineapple shreds. Lean & soft with a gentle yet noticeable hop bite on the finish offering great drinkability.

A bright & easy going juicy Pale Ale with lush notes of mandarin oil, mellow candied stone fruits, juicy white peach and a fun sprinkle of pear. Semi-smooth and light bodied with a bright hoppy finish. Fun to drink

Bright biscuit notes and a classic saaz hop profile with notes of summer meadow honey, not crisp but rather low carbonated and a tad too sweet. It mentioned having an innovative twist… if this means marketing & a way too high price then sure.

Classic wheat beer notes upfront, such as banana & clove. Also notes of orange & young pineapple develop. Could use a tad more of brioche aroma to complete the aroma profile. Semi smooth, nice linger on the palate.

Nelson Sauvin Brut Champagne Barrels! Fermentum
Orange-cooper and clear. Aromas of wet oak, fenchol, balsamic drizzled fruits, noticeable oxidation, mineral notes, soft, light sweet with a touch of raspberry vinegar. Overall it held up nicely but not to be stored for any much longer. Good.
