Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter N
This was really an Imperial brown ale goes old fashioned. It's malty, some bread, then comes caramel, vanilla, bourbon-ish flavours. Some fruitiness and bitterness.

Very mild, pineapple, orange, lemon, some lactose. Refreshing.

Dark orange-red color. Full and intense, almost like a mix of west coast IPA and old ale. Marmelad, pine, some spicy herbs, some sweet malty notes and caramel topped with a citrus touch.

Dark chocolate, nuts and vanilla with a fruity sour flavor of raspberries on top. Smooth with gentle carbonation and a medium body. I would have preferred some more coffee and bitterness to balance the sourr and semi-sweet.

Quite light and mild. Mango, pineapple and grapefruit, pine. Some orange peel. Closer to an APA than New England.

Full and fruity. Mango, orange and grapefruit. Butter, orange peel, pine and some grassy yeasty notes in the aftertaste.

As the name, solid. Fresh and crisp. Light and well balanced. Nothing exciting maybe but works very well to be a lager.

Light, dry and fresh of pineapple, lemon and grass. Easy drinking but a bit too light.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) N
As always these are great. A complex and intense brown ale full of roasted coffee, spicyness, toasted bread, chocolate, fudge, bourbon and a hint of vanilla and honey.

Chocolate, coffee and fudge. Vanilla and some nutty flavors. Bourbon flavors comes more when the temperature goes up. Well balanced and medium sweet with a good boosy and bitter bite.

Sweet of dark chocolate and vanilla with a touch of raspberries that comes with a hint of sourness as well. Smooth with gentle carbonation and a medium body. I would have preferred some more coffee and bitterness to balance the sweet and sour.

Sweet malts, chocolate, roasted coffee and vanilla. Intense flavors but not too heavy.

Full bodied and smooth with mango, peach and grapefruit. Also has a nice depth of Pine and herbal spicyness. Good bitter dry hopped ending.

Floral fresh and fruity. Some grass and light bitterness. Bright yellow in color and a thin body has some dry bitter hoppy end.

Fruity, sour and herbal bitterness with hints of smokiness, umami and an increasingly distinct saltiness with increasing temperature.

Fruity with orange and pineapple, floral tones and dry hopped bitterness. Fresh and juicy. Good version this time.

As others have said. Surprisingly little wheat beer character. It is dry hoppy with some malts and grass, some lemon and a hint of yeast. Thin, a bit watery but refreshing.
