This is bottled on November 19, 2020. Nice sour and nutty lambic but fresh cherry notes were little bit diminished. I can say it is a well balanced kriek lambic.

Recent KBS is not the KBS. I hate recent KBS and miss old KBS. Many friends told me that fact and I fully understood it today. Can you agree with that KBS is boozy and carbonated imperial stout?

Enjoying beers in the last deep night in Jeju island. Thick and creamy NE IPA but there are not many attractiveness to me.

Speedway stout is much better to me and my friend. Too sweet to me.

As average rating shows, my preference is also original KBS. Maple version is too sweet and boozy to me. This feeling was same between original and maple version of Decontrol brewed by Zagovor.

If someone asks me to recommend a nice lambic, I will choose this one. Very tart but easy to drink. I felt little bit salty but salt is not included, of course. Having with sediment makes taste smoother. Well harmonized with raw fish in this time.

Long time no gose. Very interesting that this beer tastes like a cocktail made with tequila.

대동강 (Taedonggang Pale Ale) Kim
This version is a mistake of the brewery (main brewery of this beer is not Mikkeller but The Booth. Collaboration of them). I never expected this quality from Daedong pale ale. Good pale ale. Score of earlier versions were below 3.5.

Feel like sleepless only with thick coffee aroma but tastes smoother than bottled normal KBS. This beer might be perfect to me if more lactose characteristics were added. Haeun K. told me “Then, this beer could not be named espresso but be named latte.”
