Red Star Bar is cool after grocery shopping. This Porter is to die for! The aroma alone will beguile you. It’s actually dry/bitter with a mysterious tease of sweetness at tail end. Roasty, coffee, cocoa & maybe cinnamon, too. Got the last one!!! 😿

Scarlet Dawn IPA Zmuda

Bitter/dry up front taste with some pine & strong malty undertone. Color produced by mix of malts. Dry finish is noteworthy for this sessioner. It dawns on you. 💡

Burst Zmuda

Basic West Coast IPA: tart, sour, bitter, neither hoppy or malty, thin bodied & slightly cloudy, good value. Burstingly basic. 😐

KBS Zmuda

Imperial (12.2% ABV) Stout loaded with coffee, chocolate & aged 1 year in oak bourbon barrels to enhance bourboness. Well blended & ready for this time of the year. 🙀

An American IPA pours with a dark copper color & robust head. Strong malt base meets grapefruit citrus bitterness. Malt & high end max of 65 IBU make for a strong flavored 7.2 % IPA.
