There’s a LOT!! going on in this big beer! First, it’s just big. There’s saltiness, like nori salty, and big dark caramel notes, sweet and tangy. I can’t drink a whole one of these. Good, but too much!

If I could only have IPAs, I could drink this one. Nor my fave, but not the worst.

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut Graham
Thin, sharp and not a flavour I enjoy at all. Almost medicinal, metallic and not good.
