This is more lively than I was expecting. It is big and tingly in my mouth. Lots of malt, chocolate, vanilla, coffee. Almost a black rum nature. Warms nicely into barrel-type notes. One at a sitting is my advice. But many sittings!

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut Graham
This tastes mostly like a dry wine, and definitely not like a barley wine. It’s growing on me. Not really a “go to” if you’re in a beer mood, but absolutely with a roast dinner!
