Big maple and chocolate nose, but not too sweet taste with coffee bitterness. Bourbon in there but muted by fudge flavors. Alcohol is hidden.

90 Minute Imperial IPA Martin

Very malty IPA. The hops are hidden, but some spruce comes through in the aftertaste.

Hides the booze well, but the flavors don't come through as well.as the regular World Wide.

Wow! I don't know how Eureka! scored a keg of this, but it is really good! There's a cool silky lactose mouthfeel, but also an earthiness of mushroom beers. This is on top of all the maple and coffee to be expected from CBS.

Coffee and chocolate. Smooth for the alcohol content. I prefer the Kentucky version which has some more bite.

Crisp from the tap. Warm cocoa and caramel and a hint of fruit and spice.

This Belgian Strong has a lot of winter warmer in it. The Belgian yeasts are there giving a hint of cherries, but it's dominated by a roasty cocoa. Very smooth at 10%. Dark and sweet but not syrupy.

A perfectly balanced blend of sweet and boozy, and don't sleep on the wood that tempers everything else.
