Half for moules half for me. Very dour but also lemon nose still belgian funk. Taste quite smooth bur with those funky esters kicking in at different times. Feels bit wheaty in mouth (bottle y). Agressive but exp CO2. Drink rather than cook or add acid.

Sour mango nose. Taste juice but with bitterness then the heat kicks in. A well balanced mead. Obviously there is honey notes but the ABV and chilli keep sweetness in check.. a mango chilli honey bear/mead . I love it .

Very cough syrup nose. Taste a mix of the proper chemists cough syrup honey and soda water. You can see how Vikings would drink this for bit c as the blackcurrant syrup is almost as sting as the alcohol. If flat with codeine it would be Mansels special.

Quite a light refreshing pineapple pine nose. Taste pretty much the same. Feels a bit thin though like a stronger beer has been diluted. Still a great refreshing drink and I probably wouldn,t like a thick full neipa version as it would be to fruit juice.

Very yeasty on the pour. Slight sourness when in glass. Vigorous CO2. Definitely get that Belgium sour note. On the milder end of sours. Almost done woody notes present.
