Fruity with peaches and hints of cherry. Bready malt with medium bitterness. Fairly balanced. Easy drinking, interesting APA.

Heated Seats Sawitzke

Mango and pineapple aroma flows into the flavor and meets medium bitterness. Cloudy, juicy. Like a session NEIPA.

Fou' Foune Sawitzke

Sour apricot aroma and flavor. Tartness is high but pleasant. Not an IPA! 🤣

Oude Geuze Boon Sawitzke

Centennial IPA Sawitzke

Mild citrus and piney hop aroma and sweet malt. Medium high bitterness, medium piney hop with citrus peel notes. Makt is slightly sweet with low caramel. Well blended old fashioned American IPA.

Velvet Rush Sawitzke

Bourbon, vanilla, coffee, chocolate in aroma and in the flavor. Warming but smooth. Medium low bitterness and slight coffee roastiness. Tastes like Christmas!

Porter Sawitzke

Rich, roasted, coffee dominates but very smooth, not harsh. Medium bitterness dries it and last into the finish. Alcohol is well hidden.

Breakfast Stout (2019) Sawitzke

Delicious even after breakfast!

Wow! Hops, hops and more hops. Malt supports and helps hide the warning alcohol.

Frangelic Mountain Brown Sawitzke

Wow. Rich coffee with hazelnut, not something I normally like but it works. Warming but alcohol is sneaky.
