Wood-Aged Bitches Brew

This stout is a fusion of a Russian Imperial Stout aged in American oak and an Ethiopian Tej Honey Beer aged in Paraguayan Palo Santo Wood, resulting in a thick, rich brew. The wood-aged flavors are subtle but definitely present.

90 Minute Imperial IPA (2022)

Wonderfully boozy with a bit more malt than expected. Delivered in a robust mosh pour!!

4 Giants IPA

More malty than I expected in an imperial but great bitterness.
