Backwoods Bastard 2021 Schroeder
Warms my innards on an unreasonably cold April day. With Spanish comfort food: Yellow Rice and Chicken. Skimped on the saffron so rice not very yellow. Founders didn’t skimp on this beer!!! Rich, thick and wish every Wee Heavy were this good.
