Lots of oomph. 9/10 on the hairy scale. Pleasantly ashy and full of coffee goodness. Hints of chocolate peeking out from the coffee. This is a big boy stout. Guinness drinkers stay away!!

Curmudgeon Old Ale W.

Very malty early on. Fades away to a molasses sweetness. Not as much oomph as the Other Half. But the Other half ages for 250+ days. It has an oaky, action. A full mouthfeel. I give it a 6/10 on the hairiness scale.

Curmudgeon's Better Half W.

Nice creamy head. Looks like a Stout, Untappd calls it an old ale. Sweet, molasses and maple, up front malt. Has a nice oomph. Nice mouthful of flavors that don’t fade. 7/10 on the hairy scale. Very tasty.

Panther Cub (2021) W.

Notes of vanilla, caramel, maple syrup. Bourbon barrel is present but subtle. Flavors hit early and drop off medium quickly. Clean flavor. Medium body. A bit boozy. Could be used as a dessert beer or on its own. A nice little Porter.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge W.

I want to give this beer 5 stars soo bad! But it's just not quite there. It's got the fudgy, coffee chocolaty goodness. The bourbon barrel is there but not overwhelming. Lingering flavor all the way thru. Not quite a five...but very, very close.

KBS Espresso W.

A stout with man bits! Hits you over the head with the espresso. A hint of chocolate. Strong malt. Lingering mouth feel. A bad ass imperial!
