Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2022) Sardis

Smoky nose. More barky than I remember. I was surprised when I saw the 70 IBU, but yeah, there's a fair bit of tree in this. Roasty dark chocolate. Does not taste like 12%, nor do I get bourbon. Good, but not as good as I remember though. 3.85

45 Days Organic Pilsner Sardis

Bready nose and front. I like it but I don't get a lot of what I'd consider traditional pilsner. Reeaally late hit of brown paper bag bitterness. 3.65

Mas Agave (2020) Sardis

Thicker, with both sweet and sour hitting early. The combination results in mind of a light syrupy booze effect. There's a tequila-esque agave nose along with some lime later. I'm not a tequila person by any means, but this is well done. 3.85

Hop Terroir Series: Amarillo Germany Sardis

I thought I'd be fancy and be able to tell the difference between various Amarillo cultivation locations. Weeell, not so much. A bit sweeter and more resiny-hoppy than Idaho.
