A: funky horse barn / urine / musty grapes. T: high on funky brett, low on acidity - my favorite way to geuze. Salami, metallic, culinary herb I can’t place close to rosemary.

A: old wood, old beer. T: volatile acidity that zings the tongue. Oak. Some toasted sugar / apple cider vinegar finish. Sour patch kids. My face flushed.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 92 Mono Blend R.
A: musty and sweet. T: acidic and sweet, medium full, chewy. Green grape fruity. Slightest hint of smoke (one or two sips got this), green fruit stem bitter finish.

A: wine grape, light must. T: round and delicate. Light acidity balanced by neutral brett. Green stem bitter finish. Plays nice with others.
