Sour notes from smell to taste to aftertaste for sure, but not to an entirely offensive level. Still wouldn’t have another one

Catch of the Day: Simcoe Erm

Slight sour notes with smooth citrusy fruity body. Would crave some more fresh dank hops in this one

Mango Mussolini Erm

Maybe biased, but best NEIPA I have had in Denmark so far. Not dank or anything, but just perfect with food and after an already solid NEIPA

Wildflower IPA Erm

Positive experience. Herbal, tropical. Smoothly hoppy. Smell has some fine citrusy meaty hops.

Hop Shop Erm

Sweet and smooth, but something resembles dishwashing liquid and not in a good way

Riesling People Erm

I don’t like white wine so obviously a biased score here.

Freak Wave Erm

Rather neutral but just the right juicy notes, velvety and fine.
