Nordic Spring Salzbach

Orange peel, slightly balmy juniper, pine tree. If they are still using the rye here, I'm blanking bc it feels more like wheat. Very soft drinking and pleasant carbonation retention.

Green Zebra Mango Salzbach

Decent if artificial tasting (which I expected.) Mango jarritos and salinity is very submerged... lightly sour, much more for the masses than the jaded fan in me lol.

Kernza Pils Salzbach

Its nice, crushable, picture perfect pilsner. Strangely, suggest a sweet potato earthiness while still meadow-y.

90 Minute Imperial IPA Salzbach

Always a classic. Orange and grapefruit with sturdy caramel malt backing. All lively and robust.

Mine Is Bigger Than Yours Salzbach

Nose is baked goods, a slight sherry, and maybe some signs of oxidation. Flavor is a fusion of portwood, plum, caramel, and slight vanilla. It's fierce and quite the experience.

Blue Hen Salzbach

A bit grassy in the aroma at first and it's meh. Notes of pale malt, dandelion, and lemon. Would drink a ton if it becomes available on the Delaware-Cape May ferry.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 91 Mono Blend Salzbach

Just one on my birthday... Rounded, approachable, notes of green apple, dried lemon, and less woody than I expected. Vaguely neutral spirit esque character but overall the quality I'd expect.

Campfire Amplifier Salzbach

Lovely and slightly smoky, toasty graham cracker nose. Tastes like your classic stout with light cocoa powder and black roasted malt.
