Newest beer I'm re-tasting after 5 years and idk what the hell I was smoking last time, because this is great. Malt bomb with great carmal flavors. ABV is a little too upfront, but that's it.

Interesting take on the classic beer. You really got to let it sit on the tounge to get the cherry and that takes away from some of the KBS greatest, but still a very solid beer.

Literally liquid French toast. Great flavors but the sweetness is a bit too much.

Last beer from happy raven, glad it's something special I'm finally getting around too. It's the blueprint for barrel aged stouts, boozy but nothing overbearing. No insane flavor notes, but still an incredible beer.

The flavor and booze balance is just so perfect I can't rate it anything lower. Absolutely amazing beer!

Underground Mountain Brown (2020)
Bourbon and barrel aged, as expected. After a ton of coffee forward beers though, this one does it different with Sumatra. Big fan as it's my favorite coffee.

As someone who drinks vanilla flavored coffee everyday this is a perfect beer for me. There's nothing negative about it, all flavors are complex and balanced. It is a perfect coffee beer and possibly my all time favorite.

Bright, floral, and slightly above average. Perfect after a day of work outside in 104° heat.
