Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Bourbon

Sweet fudge and chocolate with a gentle bitter finish that suggests burnt toffee. I think this has mellowed a bit with age but is still good and tasty.

Beer Geek Flat White Kieni Coffee

Dry, bitter coffee with a sweet, creamy body. There's a bit of a coffee taste in here, along with bursts of fudge.

Liquid Confidence / Confidential

Sweet chocolate soaked in boozy rum. The chilli adds a tingling heat and a little smokiness, it's well balanced by being obvious but not dominant. The BBD on the bottle is August 2020, so this seems to have lasted well.

New Moon

Dry, bitter coffee with a gently sweet maltiness pulling in some warmth behind it. There's a bit of burnt toffee popping up at points too. This is on the sweet spot of complexity where I could drink a lot of it.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021)

Creamy milk chocolate and bitter cocoa with a good amount of cinnamon. There's a bit of lightness to the beer that makes it dangerously drinkable.

Juicy tropical fruits, good balance of sweetness and bitterness. Bright and very sessionable

SpontanAcai

Tart cherry flavour with just enough sweetness following up. There's hint of peach and blossom adding depth and an acidic tickle at the back of the mouth

Kaffestout

Really dry and bitter, coffee is very obvious but there's a floral character as well a little like parma violets. Finding a bit of sweet creaminess after a while but the beer is still pretty spiky throughout

Very fruity, grapefruit and pineapple mainly. The malt backbone is dominant but there enough bitterness and just a ghost of rye spice

Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Rye Whiskey

Sticky sweet, smooth and rich. Caramel, fudge, toffee and butterscotch all crash around with little vanilla stabs coming through. As the beer warms a gentle dark chocolate bitterness develops in the finish
