KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Holcombe
Comparing this to the regular KBS the cinnamon vanilla and cocoa all stand out. Makes sense that they just named it after the prominent adjuncts. My preference for a BA stout is to not be too adjunct heavy, but this is still good.

My theory has always been that if I have whiskey before a BA Stout it will sort of be ruined. It’s not totally true, but it takes away from the complexity of the beer. Still good though

This replaces Underground Mountain Brown which was one of my all time favorite beers. This is still good, but I think not as good.

Really happy with this. Not overly sweet, but still provides the hints of vanilla and maple. The barrel notes are even more subtle, and the porter is not over powering the way many BA Stouts can be. Solid seasonal special release.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020) Holcombe
Underground mountain brown is one of my favorite beers and I am glad it seems to have become a consistent seasonal for founders
